In 1997 Senator became the first third party service provider to offer an alternative method for underwriter appointed experts to process and collect their fees entirely independent of the broker of record. Since then we have grown steadily and are widely recognised as the largest and most professional independent provider of those services.

Senator processes invoices totaling in excess of $50 million per annum for an international client base that continues to grow year on year. Operating across all classes of business we are the preferred provider for several major carriers and work closely with all the large broking houses who are no longer providing these services.

Our range of services to third party experts includes: -

• Processing and collection of current fee bills
• Collection of Pre-Underwriting risk survey fees
• Collection of aged debt
• Account reconciliations
• Outsourced credit control

Although we mostly work for a client base comprised of third party experts on a "no cure, no fee" basis, we also deliver these services on behalf of underwriters who have established their own internal fee protocols.

Working with underwriters, we also circulate confidential reports, collect loss funds and indemnities.
